William Thomas "Bill" Wright, age 92 of Washburn, Missouri, died Thursday, November 3, 2022, in Bentonville, Arkansas. He was born April 14, 1930, in Kellond, Oklahoma to Nathaniel Mark Anthony "Martin" and Rousha Fannie (Dunlap) Wright. Over the years Bill worked mostly on construction projects but took time away from construction to work at Daisy Manufacturing and Walmart. He could build and repair almost anything and enjoyed farming and working with animals and livestock. Bill would always be seen wearing his bib overalls and a cowboy hat. Above all, he loved the Lord and attending every church service possible.
Bill is survived by his wife of 71 years, Sue (Keeton) Wright; three children, Carol Edwards and husband Steve of Siloam Springs, Luke Wright of Jay, Oklahoma, Joyce Morris and husband Harold of Columbus, Indiana; one sister, Vonnie McCann of Vaughan; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Robert, Jimmy, Denver, R.D. and Jesse, and five sisters, Cora Lee Threadgil, Inez Thompson, Alta Mae Malone, Ernestine Andregg and Margie Salvador, as well as several infant siblings.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 12, at Springdale Free Holiness Church with Pastor Dorsey Martin officiating. Private interment will be at Elm Springs Cemetery .
