Wanda Faye Walker, 80, of Springdale passed away Wednesday, July 29. She was born December 21, 1939 in Swain, Arkansas the daughter of Rufus and Lottie Smith Young.
Wanda enjoyed gardening and cherished her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Patrick Walker, parents, 1 sister, and 1 grandson. Wanda is survived by two daughters, Amy and Charles Carte of Siloam Springs, Debra LaBounty of Springdale; one son, Gary LaBounty of Anacoco, Louisiana; one sister Jean and Max Bowlin of Hindsville. Graveside services will be at Friendship Cemetery 2:00 P.M. Monday August 3 with Pastor Max Bowlin officiating. Services entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home. www.heritageofnwa.com
