Sharon Kay Manning, age 70 of Winslow, died Saturday, May 14, 2022 in Fayetteville. She was born on December 13, 1951 in Huntington, West Virginia to Hubert and Lucille (Stout) Poynter. In her early years, she lived in West Virginia before moving to California where she met her future husband. She married Kenneth Ray Manning on March 5, 1969, and they moved to Arkansas where they raised their family.  Sharon enjoyed being outdoors where she loved to camp and fish. She was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Poynter; two sisters, Betty Runyun and Janet Pohl; and a grandchild.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Manning of Winslow; son, Kenneth Manning and fiancé Laura of Nixa, Missouri; two daughters, Bonnie Laird and husband Freddy of Winslow, Shelly Curtis and husband Cody of Lowell; sister, Helen Trilby of Springdale; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 20, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
