Russell Eugene "Rusty" Hanshew, 49, of Springdale, died Saturday, August 31, 2019. He was born November 14, 1969, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Bobby Darrell and Delores Jean Killough Hanshew. Russell was a Cardinal and Naturals fan and enjoyed taking his son Chandler to games. He also loved the outdoors and spending time with family and friends at the lake.

Russel is survived by one daughter, Alexis Hanshew; one son, Chandler Hanshew; his parents, Bobby and Delores Hanshew; one sister, Shelley Williams; one brother, Robbie Hanshew; one aunt, Kay Furr; one uncle, Howard Killough and wife Paula; one nephew, Austin Williams; and several cousins.

A graveside service was Saturday, September 7, at Bluff Cemetery followed by a reception at Cross Church Springdale .
