Roy Duane Evans, 64, of Springdale, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville. He was born October 12, 1954 in Bakersfield, California. Roy loved playing baseball and softball throughout his life. He also enjoyed going to car shows and playing Texas Hold'em.

He is survived by two daughters, Tiffany Brooks and husband Marcus of Springdale, Heather Baker and husband Billy of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Carlee Harris, Toree Ruppel, Tyler Beasley, Madeline Evans, Cloe Lehmann and Isabella Baker; three great-grandchildren, Addyson, Zoey and Kaelyn; three brothers, Myron Doffin of Springdale, Bryan Doffin and wife Heather of Bentonville, Kevin Doffin of Springdale; and three sisters, Gala Miller and husband Wayne, of Prairie Grove, Myra Thayer and husband Rocky and Sandra Hayes and husband Bill all of Springdale.

Roy was preceded in death by a son, Willie Evans; a grandson, Zach Hagan; his parents, Roy Evans and Wanda Doffin; and a sister, Rinda Divito.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, February 26, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel.
