Romeo Aluka, age 42, passed away on July 31, 2025 in Springdale, Arkansas surrounded by loved ones. He was born on June 20, 1983 in Ebeye, Marshall Island to the late Drebwel (Lemto) Aluka and Resen (Langidrik Heskeia) Aluka. The melody of his life was a beautiful one, a testament to his kind heart and gentle spirit. He was the unwavering anchor for his family, a devoted husband and father who found immense joy in their happiness. He was an active member of the Marshallese United Church of Christ in Fayetteville. His unwavering faith led him to serve his community with grace, and his clear, resonant voice was a cherished part of the church choir. His kindness and love were a song that will continue to play in the hearts of all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Riti (Motellong) Aluka; mother, Resen Aluka; two sons, Rodigo and Raphael Aluka of Springdale, Arkansas.

Funeral service will begin at 10:00 am on Friday, August 22, 2025 at Marshallese JRD/UCC Church, 4052 Old Wire Rd. Fayetteville, Arkansas. Graveside service will be 3:00pm Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Friendship Cemetery of Springdale, Arkansas.
