Robert "Roneal" Toon age 81 passed away Friday, December 1, 2023 at his home in Springdale.  He was born on July 1, 1942 in Porum, Oklahoma to the late Helen Curnutt  and Nuell L. Toon.  Ro was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Sarah Frances Kupsick Toon and brother, Donnie Toon.

Ro worked as a chemist and educator.  He enjoyed coaching his two sons soccer teams as well as refereeing soccer matches. Ro was an avid hunter and long time member of the National Rifle Association.  Ro was a long time member of the Robinson Ave Church of Christ where he enjoyed teaching Sunday School Class.

He is survived by two sons, Ronald Lee (Brandy) Toon of Warner, Oklahoma and Richard Len (Loretta) Toon of Springdale; three grandchildren, Taron Toon, Dylan Toon, and Devan Toon.

A memorial service for Ro will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 8, 2023 at Robinson Ave Church of Christ with Pastor Keith Kilmer officiating.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home (479)751-2444.
