Robert Lynn "Bobby" Carter, age 65, of Elkins, died Friday, December 31, 2021.  He was born February 27, 1956 in Newport, Arkansas to Roy F. "Pete" and Wanda Lynn (Wilson) Carter.  Bobby was a brick mason throughout his life.  He enjoyed fishing and especially time with his family and granddaughters.

He is survived by four children, Bobby Carter, Jay Carter and wife Logan, Bridget Carter, Bradley Carter; one brother, Donnie Carter and wife Sharon; two sisters, Kathy Prichard and husband Ronnie, Jan Wilson; and five granddaughters, Rylee, Avarie, Amey, Ella and Bailey.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Carter, and a sister, Jimmie Lee "Sherrie" Graves.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  Private burial will be at Pinnacle Cemetery.
