Dr. Robert Harold "Bob" Dunn, age 84, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, March 1, 2022.  He was born April 30, 1937 in Little Rock to Harold and Norma (Whitley) Dunn.  He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Robert Andrew Dunn and Terry Lee Thomas.

Robert was a dentist for over 40 years and retired from the V.A. in 2006.  He had many hobbies including gardening, fishing, traveling, especially to Thailand, and was an Arkansas Razorback super fan.  He was a member of Sequoyah Methodist Church in Fayetteville where he sang in the choir.  Robert served on the board of the Salvation Army and volunteered with NARTI.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Joyce (Essary) Dunn; four children, John Dunn and wife Grace of Rogers, Whitley Dunn and wife Wendy of Fayetteville, James Thomas of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Sonja Taylor and husband Lonnie of Springdale; ten grandchildren, Simone, Luke, Lauren, Kendra, Kelsey, Shambri, Brittney, Hunter, Nicole, Jake; and six great-grandchildren.
