Richard Craig Murr, 58, of Springdale, died Monday, May 13, 2019 at his home. He was born August 8, 1960, in Dallas, Texas, to R. C. and Gean Cousins Murr. Richard was a master electrician, the owner of Legacy Flooring Installation for over 30 years, and most recently a Flooring Consultant with Carpet One. He had a passion for sharing God's Word with those around him. He also enjoyed photography, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Richard is survived by his wife, Kay Murr; two sons, Casey Emery and wife Toni of Elkins, and Clint Murr of Springdale; two daughters, Leia Lindsey and husband Anthony of Prairie Grove, and Tiffany Murr of Springdale; two grandchildren, Gracie Emery and Jason Lindsey; four brothers, Carl Murr and wife Sarah of Springdale, Al Romine of Celebration, Florida, Steve Murr and Ronnie Murr, both of Dallas, Texas; and one sister, Lynett Austin of Bentonville. He was preceded in death by one sister, Jo Long.

A memorial service was held Friday, May 17, at Pleasant Street Church of Christ . Memorial contributions may be made to Circle of Life Hospice .
