Penny Michelle Bradley, age 57, died Friday, November 18, 2022 at her home in Lowell. She was born April 2, 1965 in Springdale to Roy Leon and Mary Reba (Johnson) Watson.  Penny was devoted to Jesus and her family, and loved being"Mimi" to her grandchildren.   Her smile lit up every room she entered and was a friend to all who knew her.  She was a teacher for over 30 years at Garfield Elementary.  She married Jack Bradley on May 23, 1987 in Springdale.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Kayla Bradley, Morgan Carter and husband Chris; her mother, Mary Reba Watson; one brother, Kirk Watson and wife Lindy; and her six grandchildren, Carson, Cambree, Kaysynn, Jack, Cali and Kamdyn.  Penny was preceded in death by her father in 2019.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, at Springdale First Assembly of God .  Interment will be at Friendship Cemetery .  Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to either Washington Regional Hospice or Springdale First Assembly of God .
