IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Pearl Lee
Fletcher
June 23, 1939 – December 11, 2025
Pearl Lee Fletcher, age 86 passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Longview, Washington to the late Richard Wines and Mary Wines. She was born on June 23,1939. She found the love of her life as a young woman in high school with Lester Fletcher and continued this relationship for over 66 years. Pearl was an exceptionally devoted wife and mother and she was loved by her children very much. Pearl loved to fish and camp, but her number one hobby was collecting dachshund collectibles. She had one of the largest collections in the country with over 1000 pieces. She also raised and owned many dachshunds. In addition, she loved Kincade Paintings and displayed many pieces of beautiful art in her home.
Pearl moved from Washington state to Colton, California and started raising a family. She also was instrumental in supporting her young husband who had just recently started pastoring a church in Fullerton California. She would go on to support their ministries in three other churches. Pearl loved the lord and lived a life of devotion to god. Pearl was truly a gifted person who loved her children and sometimes worked two jobs to help support the family. It would be difficult to measure the amount of people that Pearl touched in her life, and the one thing that truly defined Pearl was her honesty and consistent personality. She in many ways was the rock in the Fletcher family!
Pearl is survived by her, three children, Julie Boyd Springdale Arkansas, Rick Fletcher North Carolina and Beca Vie Washington State: six grandchildren, Andrew Vie and his wife Lori Ann, Joshua Vie and his wife Sara, Amanda and her husband Daniel Story, Sarah Boyd and her husband Kingsley Okoro, Mattew Boyd and his wife Chelsea and Alex Fletcher and his wife Haelee; six great grandchildren, Zoey Vie, Joey Vie, Isabella Vie, Rowan Fletcher, Evelyn Fletcher and Henry Okoro.
