Patrick Michael McAuliff, Age 76, died on August 2, 2024 in Centerton, Arkansas. He was born May 6, 1948 in Harvey, Illinois to the late Fredrick Thomas and Mary Doris (Butcher) McAuliff. Pat was a kind-hearted soul, with a zest for life. A devoted family man, his world revolved around his children and his cherished grandchildren. While he enjoyed a variety of interests. One of his true passions was cooking, which was really the only cooking he liked. An outdoorsman at heart, he enjoyed the tranquility of fishing trout in Arkansas rivers like the Norfolk and Buffalo. His creative spirit was evident in his paintings and appreciation for music, particularly classic rock and blues. A jack-of-all-trades, Pat's diverse career path included serving as an Air Traffic Controller during the Vietnam War, various construction roles, stained glass crafting, acquiring his CDL, and pursuing higher education with degrees in physical therapy assistance and commercial recreation. Pat lived a full life marked by diversity and a genuine appreciation for the world around him. Despite his solitary nature, he found immense joy in family gatherings, cherishing the time spent with his loved ones, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded by his sister, Loria Cornwall.

He is survived by his two sons, Tristan and his wife Jazmyn McAuliff of Springdale, Arkansas, Scott and his wife Lacy McAuliff of Centerton, Arkansas; one daughter, Amy McAuliff of Spokane, Washington; one brother, Donald McAuliff of Spokane, Washington; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Markoff of Mountain Home, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Trista McAuliff, Aaron McAuliff, Carter McAuliff, Cormac McAuliff, and Fennix Dolan with a host of extended family.

The Memorial Gathering will be 5:00 – 7:00 P.M., August 15, 2024 at Heritage Funeral Home of Springdale, Arkansas.
