Otis Edward Wooten Sr., 69, passed away Tuesday in Rogers, Arkansas, Otis was born August 22, 1952, in Marvell, Arkansas the son of William and Hazel Brown Wooten. He served in the United States Army and in the Army National Guard Battery C 1/142 Field Artillery in Rogers, Otis enjoyed his time fishing, canoeing, rafting, riding his motorcycle, and he was entertained by occasionally going to the Renaissance Fair but most of all Otis cherished his time with his children, grandchildren, family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Gerald Wooten and William Wooten. Otis is survived by three sons, Otis "Scooter" and wife Nikki Wooten of Centerton, Mark Wooten of Springdale, Justin and wife Cierra Wooten of Centerton, one daughter Jessica and husband Chris Lee of Rogers, one brother Bobby and wife Joyce Wooten of Kentucky, two sisters Carolyn Caillout of Springdale, Rita and husband Tim Wilson of Springdale, nine grandchildren Peyton Wooten, Adrianna Fannion, Kimberly Moore, Ayden Wooten, Mason Listaman, Jaxson Wooten, Ashlyn Garrett, Jagger Lee, River Lee,  one great grandchild Ariel Moore.
