Norma Yvonne Whittle , age 87, died on May 3, 2023 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on May 15, 1935, in Hindsville, Arkansas to Odie Raymond and Mary Evelyn (Bell) Sheperd.  Yvonne was preceded in death by both parents and a sister, Donna Ruth Johnson.

She is survived by her husband, James Whittle; son, Johnnie Whittle of Huntsville, Arkansas; daughter, Linda Louise and her husband Dwight Morris of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two sisters, Vondola Bea Sloan of Belle Plaine, Kansas, Janice and her husband Ira Lane of Springdale, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Kristy Riddle, Rebecca Copeland, Caleb Whittle; eight great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation 2:00PM – 4:00pm, Sunday, May 7 ^th , 2023 at Heritage Funeral Home of Springdale. Graveside service 2:00PM, Monday, May 8 ^th ,2023 at Buckeye Cemetery in Hindsville, Arkansas with Pastor Eldon Bagwell officiating.
