Michael Glen Worthington, age 19, died on July 31, 2023 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born in Pueblo, Colorado on August 30, 2003.

Michael was autistic and had a seizure disorder.  He was also mentally challenged.  Michael was mostly non-verbal with the ability to only say a hand full of words.  He was easy going with the love of bubble baths and cartoon movies like Toy Story.  Michael never met a person he didn't like or a person that didn't like him.  He enjoyed playing youtube videos on his phone.  He was very challenging to take care of with his disabilities, but he was such a joy to be around.  He will be greatly missed but he is now in the presence of Jesus with a glorified body.  We are comforted knowing he will be waiting for us to join him one day.

He is survived by both parents, Rex and Judy Worthington of Fayetteville, Arkansas; three brothers, Bradley, Jeffery, and Jason Worthington all of Fayetteville, Arkansas; maternal grandmother, Bonnie Thomas of Fayetteville; paternal grandfather, Charlie Rogers of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; numerous cousins and extended family.
