Marianne W. Smith, age 101, passed away on March 25, 2023, Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born Hillsboro, Ohio on March 8, 1922, to the late Edgar Wilkin and Ethynn (Tebow) Wilkin. Marianne served in US Navy during WWII. She worked in communications retiring after 30 years with a phone company in Cincinnati, Ohio. Marianne was an avid FOX News follower and enjoyed listening to music and watching movies. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Ancil T. Smith; her second husband, Aleck Lesko; her son, Douglas Smith; two sisters and one brother.

Marianne is survived by her son, Michael Lesko and his girlfriend, Cynthia Hensley.

Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Heritage Funeral Chapel in Springdale, Arkansas. Grant Siemens will officiate the funeral service. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home.
