Lillian Bowen, 83, of Springdale, gained her heavenly reward on September 6th, 2025, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born on June 3, 1942 in Springdale, Arkansas to the late Monroe and Lilly Francis (Maxey) Young. She worked at Baldwin Piano/Ayrshire Electronics for 30 years. After that, she worked for Springdale Schools for 10 years, retiring from the position. She enjoyed birdwatching, watching game shows, listening to gospel music, and spending time with her family. She was loved by all who met her.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Charlie Bowen, of the home; one brother, Joe Young of Washington; and two sisters, Georgia Spencer and Billie Smith, both of Springdale.

She was survived by one sister, Ruby Sizemore and husband, Donnie, of Springdale; one daughter, Lorinda Coger of the home; son, Mike Bowen and wife, Jackee of Springdale; four grandsons, Cody Bowen and wife, Alyssa of Siloam Springs, Austin Bowen and wife, Darby, of Springdale, Dylon Bowen and wife, Mallory of Springdale, and Noah Bowen of Springdale, and granddaughter, Christina Prater, of Muskogee Oklahoma; five great-grandsons, Jaden Bishop, Aiden Bowen, Weston Bowen, Baylor Bowen, Elijah Bowen, and great-granddaughter, Koralynn Bowen and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2025 at Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale, Arkansas. Graveside Service will be 10:00 a.m.  Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Sonora Cemetery, E. Hwy 412, Springdale, AR.
