Joseph Dan Weatherford passed away July 29, 2026 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at the age of 73. Joseph was born May 13, 1953 to Luther Weatherford and Dorothy Sanders in Oklahoma City, OK.

Joseph married Rebecca Weatherford, and together, they had four children, Isreal, Seth, Cassandra, and Sabrina. Joseph would call the Fayetteville area home for more than 20 years. Joseph served his country enlisting in the Army and held his beliefs in the Christian faith.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents. Joseph is survived by his children, Isreal Weatherford, Seth Weatherford, Cassandra Weatherford, and Sabrina Gamino (Weatherford); half siblings, Arlena Stidham, Kim Stidham, Leann Stidham, and Van Allen Stidham.

Joseph is to be interred at Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
