Jo Ann Frieheit-McGarrah, 66, of Lowell, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020 in Springdale. She was born October 8, 1953 in
Possum Grape, Arkansas, the daughter of Harold and Edith Shaw Mannon. Jo Ann was married to Terry
McGarrah and lived in Lowell for many years working as a Deputy Sheriff for Washington County Sheriffs Department. She is
preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Vance Mannon.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband Terry McGarrah of the home, one son John Watkins of Stella,
Missouri; one daughter Ann Drea Watkins of Lowell; three grandchildren, Austin Watkins, Rylee
Watkins, Paislee Watkins.

There will be Graveside Services at Hickory Creek Cemetery .
