Jimmie Duane Mason, age 64, died on November 20, 2022 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born on June 17, 1958 in LA Harbor, California to Vernon Wayne and Carolyn Sue (Mitchell) Mason.

Jimmie worked throughout his life in construction and was retired. He was dedicated to his wife, children and grandchildren, and enjoyed providing for them with treasures of all sorts and sizes. Second to that was his motorcycles, old cars and bartering.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Sue Meek of Springdale, Arkansas; wife, Sherry (Hunt) Mason of Wesley, Arkansas; son, Barry Jazzbone Mason of Springdale, wife Crystal: daughters, Julie Mason and Suzannah Mason, both of Fayetteville; grandsons, Evin, Mitchell and Cameron Mason; granddaughters, April Rose, Emily Ann and Meagan Ann Mason; one great grandson, Jaxon Simmons; brothers Robert Ray Meek and his wife Crystal of Springdale; sister, Kathy Sue Meek of Springdale and a host of extended family.

He is proceeded in death by his father, brother, Ricky Meek, Uncle Jim Mitchell and a cousin James Mitchell.

Memorial services will be December 3, 2022, 1pm at Heritage Funeral Home.
