Jeremy Dale Collins, 44 of Huntsville, died Friday, June 10, 2022 in Springdale. He was born on March 20, 1978 in Fayetteville to Roger Dale and Janice Lynn Collins. Jeremy worked construction nearly all his life. He enjoyed drawing and tattooing. Jeremy also like to fish in his spare time.

Jeremy is proceeded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his father; daughters, Felicia Dorr of Nashville, Tennessee, Jocelynn Collins of Huntsville; son, Brandon Velasquez of Grand Junction, Colorado; brothers, Kendall Collins of Oklahoma, Jon Lewis of Bethel Heights; and his three grandchildren.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 14 at Friendship Cemetery , in Springdale, Arkansas.
