JD Kelley, 80, of Westville, Oklahoma, died Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born May 30, 1938 in Ludlow, Oklahoma to Jeff and Mamie (Watkins) Kelley.
Graveside service was Thursday, July 5, at New Hope Cemetery in Chewey, Oklahoma.
