Jane Mitchell Tullos age 74 passed away Sunday, May 3, 2026 in Hot Springs. She was born on March 11, 1952 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Delmar and Mary Alley Hart. Jane graduated from University of Arkansas in Little Rock with a Bachelor's Degree. Jane started Jane White Cosmetics in Little Rock. She was very involved in the pageant industry as a makeup artist.

Jane is survived by husband, David Tullos; son, David Andrew Tullos (Drew) and his wife, Elly; sister, Ann Hart and her wife, Liz Bauer.

A Celebration of Jane's Life will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Hamilton Church of God in Jessieville, Arkansas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501) 313-5431.
