James Tommy "Tom" Blevins, 84, of Springdale, died Wednesday, September 25, 2019. He was born October 3, 1934 in Nixa, Missouri to James Lonus and Julia Mae (Littles) Blevins. Tom enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and RVing. He was involved in mission work and was a former officer of Campers On Mission and active with Caring Ministries of Tucson, Arizona. Above all he was devoted to his family and loved being "Gramps".

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Altamay, and three sisters and nine brothers. Tom is survived by his wife, Donna Blevins; two children, Tony Blevins and wife Theresa, Sherry Smith and husband Joe Michael; three step-children, Dana, David, and Amanda; one brother, Donnie Blevins; four grandchildren, Nathan Smith, Dustin Smith, Emily Dail, and Ryan Smith; and ten great-grandchildren.

Service was Monday, September 30, at Elmdale Baptist Church with burial at Friendship Cemetery .
