James Allen Bradley, age 84, entered his eternal home on July 14,2024 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born in Salus, Arkansas on December 26, 1939 to the late Frank and Grace (Thomas) Bradley.

James, a pillar of Phillips Chapel Free Will Baptist Church for decades, passed away peacefully at the age of 84. Beloved by the congregation as chairman of the Deacon board and a Sunday school teacher for many years, James was known for his warm spirit and unwavering faith. A self-taught musician, his gospel singing filled the church with joy. James also possessed a strong work ethic, dedicating 45 years to Standard Register printing company. Even in retirement, he continued to lend his skills part-time at First Security Bank. He served his country for six years in the Army National Guard. James enjoyed his antique truck, gardening and playing his various styles of guitars and enjoyed time with family.

He is preceded in death by six brothers; Gene, Ken, Bill, Lowell, Ray, and Leon Bradley; one sister, Mary Bumstead.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Joyce  (White) Bradley; son, Randy and his wife, Kim Bradley of Springdale, Arkansas; daughter, Kimberley and husband, Chad Thomas of Elm Springs, Arkansas; brother, Roy and wife, Chris Bradley of Springdale, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Brittney and husband, Jake Wheeler, Jason Bradley, Ashley Bradley, Bradley Thomas, Kaitlyn and husband, Chad Crumpler; seven great grandchildren, Ella and Emelia Wheeler, Will Coffman, James Crumpler, Carter, Gentry and Dawson Bradley; with a host of extended family.

Visitation 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Heritage Funeral Home of Springdale. Funeral Service 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Phillips Chapel Free Will Baptist Church of Springdale with Pastor Ben Gibson and Minister Roy Haffelder officiating. Burial to follow at Friendship Cemetery of Springdale.
