Jackie D. Fritz, age 92 passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024 in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born on March 23, 1932 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late William and Pearl (Shoemake) McCamey. She married her high school boyfriend, Lonnie D. Fritz, in August 1950 and the two shared almost 74 years of married life. Jackie was a proud homemaker with a heart of a true hostess. Her home was always open and Jackie made everyone feel welcome with her generous spirit and delicious treats, especially her famous waffles. Known for her kindness and warmth, Jackie had a special place in her heart for children and animals. Jackie was a longtime, dedicated member of the Belen New Mexico Nazarene church. She served alongside her husband participating in several local missionaries. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie D. Fritz; son, John Fritz; granddaughter, Erin Fritz; six siblings, Geneva Higgins, Blanche Brown, Billie Goodwin, Nelson McCamey, John McCamey and Raymond McCamey.

Jackie is survived by two daughters, Carol and her husband Eddie Kirchhoff of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Nancy and her husband Mike Robinson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; a daughter-in-law, Valerie Fritz; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Stott and a host of extended family.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2024 at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Pastor Ron Hill will officiate the funeral service.
