Gorge Martin Velazquez, affectionately known as Titi, passed away unexpectedly on June 16, 2025, in Rogers, Arkansas, at the young age of 34. He was born April 2, 1991, in San Bernardino, California. Titi was known for his sunny and caring disposition, always filling the lives of those he met with warmth and kindness. Joining the United States Navy in 2009, Titi dedicated six commendable years as a medic, embodying selflessness and strength, traits he carried into his post-military medical career. Titi's love for helping others was a testament to his spirit of service and commitment. Outside of his professional life, Titi had a deep love for his loyal dog, Dax, and frequently enjoyed visiting Hobby Lobby. These simple joys brought a smile to his face and those who surrounded him.

Titi leaves behind a loving family who cherished him dearly: his parents, Martin and Martha Velazquez and four sisters, Jennifer, Jackie, Carinna, and Lizbeth Velazquez. Let's not forget his 6 nephews and 6 nieces that adore him and saw him as the most positive, loving, fearless and definitely the coolest uncle in the world. His loving nature and generous heart will remain forever in their hearts.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2025 at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the funeral home. Friends and family will remember Titi not only for his unwavering dedication and kindness but also for his joyful approach to life. His legacy is one of love, laughter, and joy.
