Gavin Blake Johnson, age 29, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2024. He was born on August 18, 1994 in Bartow, Florida to Sherry Lynn Johnson. Gavin loved being a father most of all and enjoyed being outdoors fishing and listening to music. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bobby G. Johnson; maternal grandmother, Mary Kathryn Johnson; maternal great grandparents, O.G. Johnson and Euvelean Johnson.

Gavin is survived by his mother, Sherry Johnson of Fayetteville, Arkansas; three children, Lilly Johnson, Nova Johnson and Colette "COCO" Johnson all of Rogers, Arkansas; sister, Ashley Johnson of Fayetteville, Arkansas; brother, Robert Richardson of Bartow, Florida; uncle, Bobby and his wife Rachel Johnson of Michigan; aunt, Mechelle  and her husband James Jouppi of Florida; five nephews and four nieces; other influential people in his life, Bobby Richardson and Steve Raymond.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in Springdale, Arkansas. Funeral service will begin that same day at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Committal service to follow at Friendship cemetery in Springdale, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Bobby Johnson, Bobby Richardson, Steve Raymond, Mylz Whitcomb, James Jouppi and Richard Duncan. Family will accept fellowship following the committal service at Sherry's home.
