Frankie Viola (Bryant) Coates, 88 of Springdale passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, at home after battling Dementia, Alzheimer's and a heart condition.  She was born on January 1, 1936, in Beaumont, Texas to the late Frank and Hazel Bryant. Frankie lived in Hobbs, New Mexico for 54 years before moving to Siloam Springs. She later moved to Sapulpa, Oklahoma.  In 2014, Frankie moved to Springdale, Arkansas. She was very devoted to her family and touched many of their lives. Frankie had so much love to go around to those who knew her. For twenty years Frankie drove the Hobbs School District bus before becoming a custodian at the school.   She was preceded in death by two daughters, Nancy Coates, Patsy Tyner.

Frankie is survived by son, Glen Coates and his wife Jeanie; daughter, Lois Brinkley and her husband Ray; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11,2024 at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 12,2024 at South Heights Assembly of God Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
