Frances "Jane" Kellogg, 76, of Springdale, died June 7, 2019. She was born November 25, 1942 in Ft. Smith to Frank Frick and Druscilla Jane (Bach) McCoy. Jane was an active member of Cross Church where she sang with the choir, was a greeter and ministered to other people living with cancer.She especially loved caring for children in the after-school care at Shiloh Christian School.

She is survived by her husbandof 34 years, Dale Kellogg; three children, Terri Bianca and husband Joel of Shreveport, Louisiana, Brent Richey and wife Tonya of Garfield, John Kellogg and wife Tanya of New York City; eight grandchildren, Grey Bianca, Alex Bianca, Ayla Richey, Peytin Richey, Skyllar Richey, Alexandria Barensand husband Travis, Gabriel Kellogg,Dustin Hammons and wife Tawni; and five great-grandchildren. Jane was preceded in death byher parents as well asa son, Scott Richey.

A memorial service will be Saturday, July 20, at 10 a.m. at the chapel at Cross Church in Springdale.
