Ethan Douglass Lane, age 28, passed on Sunday, December 3, 2023. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 2, 1995 to Kollene Brake.

Ethan's life was a vibrant tapestry woven with the sparks of the welding torch, the thrill of acquiring a new pair of sneakers, and the invigorating embrace of water. He found joy in his work, meticulously crafting steel with heat and skill. Every stitch and thread on his sneakers held a story, a memory of a place visited, or a path explored. And for Ethan, there was no place more peaceful than the open water, where his worries would dissolve with every stroke. His life, though tragically cut short, was filled with the warmth of passion and the freedom of adventure. He will be remembered with a smile, a sigh of admiration, and a splash in the water.

He is survived by his Parents, Kollene Brake and Billy Bunch of Hindsville, Arkansas; one brother, Kierdon Klock. Three sisters, Abygail Brake, Elysabeth Klock, AJ Johnson; Grandparents, Charles and Janet Lane, David and Ruth Dunigan. Uncles, Kieth Rollins, Joel Duncan, Vernon Lane, Isaac Dunigan. Aunts Shelley Rollins, Carmen Lane.  Cousins, Jewel Lane, Josalyn Lane, Jordan Lane, Ayrian Rollins-Neader, Kimberly Biediger-Weiss, Octavia Neader, Hayden Williams, Chandler Chan Lane, Trevor Williams, Austin Williams.

Graveside service will be 3:30pm, Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Friendship cemetery in Springdale, Arkansas with Pastor Clark Snow officiating. Services are under the care of Heritage Funeral Home of Springdale.
