Elaine Risley age 91 of Springdale, Arkansas passed away on September 5, 2026 at Kathrine's Place in Fayetteville.  She was born on December 6, 1934 in Allen, Oklahoma to Joseph and Irene Gafford Bullard.

Elaine lived in the Springdale area for most of her life.  She worked as cafeteria manager at Lee Elementary School for thirty years before retiring in 1999.  Elaine was a very giving person who loved making new friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Victor C. Risley; parents, Joseph and Irene Bullard of Springdale; one brother, Guy Bullard of Springdale; one sister, Barbara Walker of Elko, Nevada.

Elaine is survived by two children, Vickie Arends and her husband, Philip of Springdale and Kevin Risley and his wife, Tammy of Bentonville; eight grandchildren, Anaiya Daniels, Kayla Uher, Jodi Stamps, Daisy Risley, Joshua Artman, Daniel Artman, Rieanna Risley and Tia Risley; seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1:00-3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale with a private interment to follow at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale.
