David "Adam" Arnold, 46, died Monday, August 2, 2021, in Springdale. He was born June 6, 1975, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to David Glen Arnold and Rogene Swake. Adam always wanted to be remembered by the impact he made in the lives of others. He had a selfless passion to help those in need. Adam was loving and protective over his sons and siblings. He was a very intelligent man and became the first in his family to graduate college. He enjoyed hockey, fishing, watching the golden girls and was a big Bruce Lee fan.

Adam is survived by sons, Xander, Gavin, Maison, and stepson Kyle Hazelwood along with their mother Tiffany; one brother, Jody Arnold; and three sisters, Jennifer Peters, Crystal Spreeman, and Kortnie Keys.

He is preceded in death by his father, mother and eldest sister, Tina Crisp.

A funeral service will be 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at Heritage Funeral Home chapel.
