Darrel Wayne McGarrah, 62, of Fayetteville, died Friday, February 15, 2019. He was born July 26, 1956 in Springdale to Leslie Glen and Leona Fay (Kupka) McGarrah. Darrel served in the Air Force and was a diesel mechanic throughout his life. He was a quiet, simple man and enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by two children, Angela Conley and husband Cecil, and Aaron McGarrah, all of Fayetteville; his mother, Leona, of Springdale; one sister, Glenna Harrell and husband Tyler of Lowell; one brother, Terry McGarrah and wife JoAnn of Lowell; and four grandchildren, Ariauna, Eris, Emilia and Michele. Darrel was preceded in death by his father, and a brother, Ronnie.

A memorial service was held Sunday, February 24, at Hickory Creek Cemetery .
