Obituary

It is with such bittersweetness that in the early hours of June 18, 2021, and while being surrounded by loved ones, our Mom, Cheryl Ann Wilkinson, very peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We rejoice in knowing that she is very much alive, healthy and full of happiness and that she is no longer suffering the pain of this world and her long battle against Alzheimer's. She is whole again and set free and that brings us comfort.

Cheryl was born July 3, 1952 in Sacramento, California to Edward and Julia (Luchitz) Peine.  She was full of so much love. She loved the Lord, her children, grandchildren, her family, friends and her children's friends.  She enjoyed being out in nature, dancing and also teaching the hula, the sound of all music, singing/worshipping, dressing up for Halloween and going to the schools to pass out candy to every single kid, substituting and leaving positive daily quotes in hopes to just touch one child's heart, blowing her conch shell at the football games, traveling and going on adventures, swimming...whether it was surfing in Hawaii,  swimming across Beaver Lake, or teaching her kids and others how to swim; regardless, she loved being in the water.

If you had the honor of knowing her, you knew how much she just loved all of life and everyone she met.  You never saw her without a smile across her face and her head held high. Her smile was contagious. She was contagious.  She could brighten anyone's day. Her glass wasn't just half full, it was overflowing with so much joy and love to give.

She is survived by her three children, Robbie Wilkinson and wife Erin and their children, Sarah, Philip and Hannah, Royce Wilkinson and wife Erin and their children, Liam and Cooper, Summer Wilkinson and her children, Landon, MaKenzie, Lucy, Lilliegh, Noah and Hannah; and two brothers, Robert Peine and Vladimir Korolev.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Suiter.

We miss you so much, Mom.  You made such an impact on all our lives and but we rejoice in celebrating your peace and will feel your love surrounding us always. In honor of Mom, I'll just leave this... "Be the things you loved most about the people who are gone".

Private family services will be at a later date.

"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death, or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." - Revelation 21:4
