Cessna Ray Seyer, 39, went home to be with the Lord May 6, 2021, at his home in Fayetteville. He was born March 21, 1982, in Fayetteville to Cyndee and Marvin Byrd. He met the love of his life, LaVonna, July 28, and three short weeks later, on August 15, 2005, they were married. They enjoyed 16 wonderful years together. In those years they had one son, Cessna Ray Seyer, Jr.

Cessna is survived by his wife Lavonna and his son CJ of the home; his mother, Cyndee Seyer, and his father, Marvin (Annie) Byrd; one sister, Britney Hines (Steven); two brothers, Tim Mulanax (Micah) and Jeremy Moore; his not-that-Momma Rhonda West (Stuart); his maternal grandparents, Kay and Gary Thomas; eleven nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends. Cessna never met a stranger, "Riiiiiighttt"?

Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 9, at Heritage Funeral Home.
