Carolyn Jean Ellenbarger, age 68 passed away on May 30, 2024 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on April 27, 1956 in Springdale, Arkansas to the late Kenneth Berry Ellenbarger and Mary Lee (Ingraham) Ellenbarger. She was a devoted homemaker and mother. Carolyn's generosity and peaceful nature will be remembered by those that loved her. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Kenny Bowen and brother, Richard Ellenbarger.

Carolyn is survived by four children, Candy Martin and her husband Wayne, Rick Bowen, Kimmy Bowen-Thomas and her husband Bryan all of Springdale, Arkansas and Robby Bowen and his wife Stacie of Patrick, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Cayenna Gaither, Creed Evans and Daelin Fullerton; two great grandchildren, Amara Gaither and Paisleigh Evans; five special cousins, Brenda Morrison, Dorothy Douthit, Dickey Ingraham, James Ingraham and Stanley Ingraham; Special aunt, Ruth Bowen and special friend, Rhonda Oser.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2024 at Sonora Cemetery in Sonora, Arkansas. In honor of Carolyn the family request guest to please wear pink to the service.
