Carmen Dolores Oblero McGarrah, age 83, of Springdale, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026 at Circle of Life in Springdale. She was born on December 13, 1942 in Aiea, Hawaii to the late Monico and Dolores Hidaro Oblero. On June 20, 1996 she married Clifford McGarrah in Springdale.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford of the home; three children, Lisa Edwards of Columbus, Ohio, Gregg Edwards and his wife, Sandy of Murrieta, California, Bernard Oblero and his wife, Kilei of Oahu, Hawaii; three stepchildren, Clifford Dean McGarrah Jr., Bobby McGarrah and Michael McGarrah and his wife, Jennifer, all of Springdale; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; five siblings, Patricia Nielsen of Michigan, Darrell Idica and his wife, Tracey of Oahu, Hawaii, Roy Idica and his wife, Christyne of Oceanside, California, Joey Idica of Las Vegas, Nevada, Tony Idica and his wife, Ferna of Las Vegas, Nevada; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home of Springdale.
