Bobbie Carol Nowlin, age 76 of Bentonville, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 surrounded by her family in her home. She was born on October 21, 1949in Lead Hill, Arkansas to the late John A. Rogers and Nettie Faye Clarkson Rogers. Bobbie was a devoted wife, loving mother and proud homemaker. She attended New Hope Assembly of God in Rogers, Arkansas.

Bobbie is survived by her husband, Joe Wilson Nowlin; son Joseph Trenton Nowlin and Whitney Brook Harshman of Rogers, Arkansas; sister, Patricia A. Qualls and her husband Eugene of Lead Hill, Arkansas; two brothers, Teddy Hank Rogers and his wife Sheree of Harrison, Arkansas and Roger Dave Rogers and his wife Joni of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale, Arkansas.
