Betty Gene Treet, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, July 2,2024 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on August 29,1943 in Mt. Judea, Arkansas to the late William Treet and Edith (Smith) Treet. She was known as "Betty Bean Eater" and found joy watching "her" babies. Betty loved her family. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Georgie Treet, Kay Christian and her husband Steve Christian, Jerry Treat and Lisa Griffith.

Betty is survived by two siblings, William O. Treet and his wife Sandra and Wayne Allen "Snuffy" Smith and his wife Donna both of Springdale, Arkansas; three special nephews, William Lee Treat and his wife Jessica, Danny Christian, William S. Christian all of Springdale, Arkansas; host of great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 5,2024 at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in Springdale, Arkansas. Donations can be made in her name to Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of Heritage Funeral Home.
