Betty R. Shaffer, 97, of Bentonville, Arkansas passed away September 27, 2024. She was born on May 10, 1927, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She is survived by a son, Michael Dorsett and wife Phai; a daughter, Jan and husband, Tom Stockdale; one brother, Bill Harris; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rogers.

Graveside memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 11, 2024, at Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas with Dr. Todd Stockdale officiating. The family would like memorial contributions to be made to First Baptist Church, Amazon Outreach Missions 3364 W. Pleasant Grove Rd. Rogers, AR 72758.
