Arthur Marlin Riesen, age 90, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away on July 23, 2026 at Circle of Life Hospice Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. Marlin was born on January 7, 1936 in Newton, Kansas to the late Amelia and Arthur Riesen.

 A jack of all trades, Marlin loved fishing, line dancing, and spending time with family and in nature at his home on Beaver Lake. He was a member of The Shepherd’s Chapel in Gravette, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Joan; his sister Florene.

Marlin is survived by his two daughters, Marilyn Riesen and Cheryl (Mike) Phinney; two grandsons, Sean (Monica) Phinney and Jared Riesen; one great grandson Ryland Phinney; many nieces and nephews; his two adored cats, Little Bit and Amy. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Heritage Funeral Home.
